Post of member of Real Estate Regulatory Authority Applate Tribunal pending-Naib Saini led Haryana government dancing to the tune of builder lobby.In absence of member Tribunal is lying defunct as quorum remains incomplete.Haryana government is dancing to the whims of builder lobby as can be seen in case of Mahira, homes affordable ,Spaze and other scams. The public has lost faith in government. The institutions meant to protect the innocent general public are victims of harassment . Where is Ram Rajya ? Every day the courts are full of complaints form public when police is not investigating matters or where HSVP,DTCP and RERA are acting against their own charter.What is the time for resolution of a case in RERA ,Cases go on for 5 years.Where is the accountability to the public.
