Piyush Gakhar Haryana Judicial officer got justice after fifteen years-was removed from service on basis of complaint of his judge wife.

Justice after fifteen years-A promising Judicial officer of Haryana Piyush Gakhar was removed from service on basis of complaint of his judicial officer wife.Now he has got justice with a bench of Punjab and Haryana High Court comprising of Chief Justice Sheel Nagu and Justice Anil Kheterpal ordering reinstatement of Piyus Gakhar with seniority and other benefits.

Piyush was selected judicial officer in 2006 and he got married with his batchmate.In meantime his wife got selected in Delhi judiciary and she resigned from Haryana Judiciary and she complained against her husband.His service was removed despite good service reports.His father Gakhar retired District Attorney and renowned lawyer told “We are Part and parcel of Judicial system.We had full faith in Judiciary and Ultimately Justice has prevailed with blessings of almighty.”
