Memorandum Submitted to Gurugram ADC Regarding Misrepresentation in Backward Class-A Certificate

Delegation Led by Retired DSP Banwari Lal Submits Memorandum
A memorandum was submitted to the Gurugram Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) and Returning Officer, Hitesh Meena, regarding the issue of the Backward Class-A certificate being issued through misrepresentation by BJP and Congress party’s Mayoral candidates, Rajrani Malhotra and Seema Pahuja. The delegation was led by retired DSP Banwari Lal.

Assurance Given by Returning Officer
Banwari Lal stated that the Returning Officer assured the delegation that the memorandum would be forwarded to the State Election Commission for further investigation and action. The issue raised pertains to the alleged wrongful acquisition of the certificate by the two candidates during their electoral campaigns.
