——-” India’s Got Latent ” show by Ranveer Allahbadia the social media influencer and the Supreme Court handling of the case subsequent to a nation wide furore over some risque remarks in the show , had me wondering whether the Supreme Court is a custodian of public morality or it is the apex constitutional court to uphold citizens’ right to liberty and freedom of speech as per the law.
