HSVP officers reluctant to share copy of MOU for lease of prime six acre land on Golf Course Road,Gurugram raising the suspicion that there is something fishy

Estate Officer Il HSVP ,Gurugram,Administrator HSVP Gurugram and Chief Administrator HSVP.Panchkula reluctant to share copy of MOU signed between HSVP and a private party for leasing out of Sector 56 Gurugram country and Health club.Neither they are picking up mobile nor responding to the message sent on their mobiles which raises the suspicion that there is something fishy in the deal.

Am failed to understand that why they are not sharing the copy of MOU.?Are they afraid that deep perusal Of the copy of MOU will reveal which they are trying to conceal.Deal was cleared after approval of CM Naib Saini

On 20th November Estate Officer HSVP ll. Gurugram has issued the sanctioning of lease to private contractor.Since there is no official media adviser of the CM hence it is very difficult to know his version.Recall that six acre prime land with almost finished structure on Golf Course road Gurugram sector 56 was given on fifteen years Lease to a private person.Interestingly it was leased for fifteen years with only ten percent increase provision after three years.It will have the facilities of health club , country club ,swimming pool and facilities of events like marriages etc.Two years ago offers were invited for its lease and two parties have given the offer.

Then CA HSVP Ajit Balaji Joshi was interested in a party having lower bid .At that time we have exposed this game and affected party has also complained to Gurugram unit of Anti Corruption Bureau.Highly placed sources told that now interested party approached the CM Naib Saini With right connections and officers were directed to clear the pending case.Sources told considering the interest of CM,offices of HSVP are reluctant to talk .बक़ौल शायर कुछ तो मजबूरिया रही होंगी यूहीं तो कोई बेवफ़ा नहीं होती il
