Tribune has to shift from Ambala in Haryana to Chandigarh union territory.Bansi Lal had good relationship with Dr PN Chutani Chairman of The Tribune .Bansi Lal has appointed Gobind Thukral then staffer of Hindustan Times as member of Haryana Public Service Commission.After sometimes he didn’t relished the new job and resigned.Bansi Lal used his relationship with PN Chutani for getting Thukral appointed in The Tribune.
