Bail to Kejriwal-By Supreme Court after denial from Sessions and High Court- Huge fees and expenses.
Kejriwal Ji and other leaders applied for bail first in the Seesion Court ,then in High Court. They did not get bail. Then he moved to Supreme Court. Let us not talk about the Heavy legal fees one has to bale out. Now Supreme Court has given the bail on two grounds.
1.Not. to give bail is an exception.
2. The case will take very long time and to keep the accused for such a long time is not justified.
Now this case needs to be looked in purely legal terms. The moot point is why Session Court and High Court did not give bail on the same grounds which Supreme Court did. In other words why a person has to go to the highest Court to get justice. Why the lower courts are denying the same justice at their levels.
CJI has said many times in his lectures that bail application should be rejected only in exceptional conditions and that if lower courts start giving bails in deserving cases, then the load of piled up cases before the higher courts would be significantly reduced with additional advantages.
Bhal Singh Malik Advocate once raised this very issue in a case for bail application before the High Court at Chandigarh. He told that judiciary means Bar and Bench together. The Court agreed in Principle that lower courts should give bails in deserving cases..
It is a purely legal post. Now Bars at High and Supreme Courts are not raising this issue because of possibility of low clientele. Presently undertral accusds in the jails runs into lacs. If bail is given to deserving cases, the government expenditure on jails will also be reduced.

Analysis of current political scene by Political anylist Dr Ranbir Singh Phaugat..: इतिहास की सीख और हरयाणा की राजनीति !
Haryana is in the process of holding general elections to its Vidhan Sabha. The contenders are candidates officially nominated by the Bhartiya Janata Party and the Indian National Congress. The minor political parties such as JJP and LHP and INLD have also fielded its candidates. There are rebels and independents too that may try their luck.
I have noticed that it was the first time a large number of old stuffs was weeded out by the BJP, but Congress was resilient in its approach due to a low intensity clash of opinion between Kumari Shailja and Bhupi Bhai (Sh Bhupinder Singh Hooda, an ex-MP and several times CM of Haryana). Those who felt ignored by the party bosses and their influencers got hurt as it was thought that they were not yet peripatetic fossils and held command over their people in constituencies. The process of weeding out the old and termite eaten wood in politics is not a new phenomenon but being practiced for a long time, more so, from the times of Indira Gandhi since 1967, when she effectively shed the Kamraj Plan and ousted the old stuff. She instead formed its own new Party called INC (Indira).
In Haryana the reasons of weeding out those that held a false feeling of considering self as the ‘stalwarts’ and felt that they held the seat of the legislative assembly from a constituency in perpetuity were shunted out in large numbers. I need not dwell on the circumstances or how and where they could have erred, but one thing is certain that the reins of the political power have now changed hands and people of Haryana are rather hyperactive in politics. Old style bickering of Bhajan Lal and Devil Lal in state politics is now past and looks insignificant in view the recent manipulative politics in Haryana that manifest much before the process of filing nomination papers had begun.
The media reports, including flooding of public opinion of various hues on You Tube Channels, have certainly cast negative impression on the personality of the high and petty politicians in the state and revealed the character of the political parties whose only aim is to capture power and governance and controlling the finances of state. The past analysis of the deeds performed by those in political governance whether or not it was Congress under Bhajan Lal, Bhupi Bhai or Mr Manohar Khattar, personal vendetta was settled as the first scoring as soon as reins of power were wielded, which after it was the turn of the natural resources that came under the hammer. Land grab under the name of the public welfare and a kind of process of its redistribution/allocation starts as soon as someone wields power. Social tensions, unemployment, clash with security forces, economic deprivation, crime, undesirable level of mining, and a high-end earner like liquor are some of the ills that made sick the mind of the people at large. The state government never thought that before a policy is implemented, its impact needs to be invariably assessed on both the life and nature and human beings. In Haryana, the people have been in constant clash with the state government ever since the state was formed in 1966. The old-style peasantry has disappeared, class struggle has increased, disparities have widened, families are not happy and large numbers have sufferings of inexplicable type.
I don’t think the typologies of the political parties and class now in Haryana have any good ideology or economic model for governance except to ‘rule’ and deprive the simple and honest people that are nowhere connected to the politicians or political families. I have seen highly educated people standing in rows to bow down before a petty politician for gaining favor or begging pardon for a minor lapse or offense committed while discharging duty by remaining in public service that is, ‘naukri’. However, it is the subaltern voter -ignorant, deprived, cashless, sick, daily-wager or a petty laborer, that is responsible for the return of the ‘Dusht’ or the wicked to power.
