CM window becomes helpless if affected person is VIP – Our investigation

CM window gives quick relief it is claimed-here ACS, Home is not acting on the direction of window despite two reminders. Our investigation has revealed shocking disclosures as Window becomes ineffective if affected person is VIP. Haryana govt is celebrating international “Gita Mahotsav” and lord Krishna has told Arjun for fight irrespective of the fact that other side is his family members. But in this case window has become ineffective. Here is sequence of events. 1. OLD complaint no. ——CMOFF/N/2023/073310, dated 13/06/2023 2. Complaint matter of above —– Advocate Pradeep Singh complained that Pravindra Singh Chauhan, Senior Additional Advocate General, had made his signature on the biodata not compatible with his original one to secure this post of Senior Additional Advocate General, Haryana. 3.
CM office filed this complaint giving reason that the said complaint doesn’t pertain to the State of Haryana. 4. Present complaint for publication 1. Complaint no. CMOFF/N/2024/050972, Dated 07/05/2024. 2. The complaint is pending with Advocate General (AG), Haryana since 14/05/2024 as per CM WINDOW tracking. 3. As per this complaint, the complainant has asked to upload a few documents, including, the service joining report and a few other documents, to confirm as to whether Pravindra Singh Chauhan really maintained the same signature, as shown on the biodata, for adopting them regularly on the office files and other records. 4. The state Chief Minister Office has sent reminders twice to the Administrative Secretary Home, Administration of Justice, Jail & Home Guards Department on 22/07/2024 and 06/11/2024 for resolution of the complaint. Surprisingly, he did not communicate(d)/forward(ed) these directions to the Advocate General (AG), Haryana which is a blatant non-compliance of state chief minister office’s directions.

Thus, neither the Advocate General (AG), Haryana taking any action on this complaint since 14/05/2024 nor is the state Administrative Secretary Home Department appearing to be interested to forward the said reminders received from the top office to his subordinate department i.e. Advocate General (AG), Haryana. Tailpiece the window opened for an early resolution of the public complaint is only a wastage of time and energy. Better would it be now closed.
