CM Naib Saini claims his govt is transparent-Why officers of HAVP are not sharing copy of MOU signed with a private party for leasing of Country Club Sector -56? Million dollar question being asked in political media and officials circle is as if there was nothing fishy then why HSVP officers are reluctant to share copy of MOU.They should provide a copy of MoU signed with concerned Party for leasing out Sector 56 Country Club, Gurugram;Also should provide list of Participants who participated in the auction to lease out Sector 56 Country Club build & owned by HSVP (HUDA)/Govt;

They should provide copy of advertisement issued in the newspapers as well as on their web-site for leasing out Sector-56 (Gurugram) Country Club, by your office/organization;

Also should provide copy of file which dealt with the necessity of leasing out the Sector-56 (Gurugram) Country Club instead of running by the HSVP itself.Is Haryana government and its officers are incompetent that they can’t run the club?.During tenure of Manohar Lal as CM his blue eyed boy Punjab cadre IAS officer Ajitbalaji Joshi in his capacity of CA of HSVP had hit the media headlines for selling HSVP properties in shady way .He was so close to Manohar Lal that he had requested his Punjab counterpart Bhagwant Maan to allow him to stay in Haryana for sometime as he was doing great service of transformation of the department.
