Had Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority invited contempt of Punjab and Haryana High Court by granting CLU to Resort of Environment and Forest Minister?

Has GMDA invited contempt of Punjab &Haryana High Court by granting CLU for sixteen acre Resort of Forest and Environment Minister,Haryana,Narbir Singh? A writ is pending in the Punjab and Haryana High Court demanding constitution of fact finding Committee under a retired High Court Judge to undertake physical verification in respect of the Illegal constructions in the Aravali Hills .Activist Harinder Dhingra has filed CWP (PIL) in the Court alleging that unauthorized construction in the Aravali Hills continues unabated,contrary to the status report submitted by the Under Secretary,Forests and Wildlife Department.

Haryana dated 18.08.2020.It was submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the affidavit filed by the State is factually incorrect as even today construction is going on where more than one kilometre road has been constructed illegally only to facilitate the construction being undertaken by an Ex -Minister and former MLA.It also demanded action for initiating proceedings against the auto of the State ,who are filing such affidavit(s) ,be also taken.AG Haryana has prayed for time to file an additional affidavit giving the current status of the constructions going on the Hills as well as in respect of the allegations made by the petitioner .

Harinder Dhingra told that AG is yet to file affidavit in the Punjab and Haryana High Court but GMDA has granted CLU permission to Rao Narbir Singh for developing of Resort in sixteen acre land of village Gairatpur (Gurugram)
