Activist Harinder Dhingra had filed a complaint to then CM Manohar lal
in person who initiated Vigilance Bureau probe into the affairs of Appu Ghar. The vigilance probe which found Harinder dhingra complaint correct but even then took 4 years to proceed against management which resulted sealing the Appu Ghar as well as NCLT appointing a Professional to run the affairs of the company .
Even IP appointed by NCLT took the whole entity namely APPU GHAR to the brink of disaster.
All in all, to sum up, public property worth Rs 3000cr then was wasted and has gone down the drain by a vested, mischievous & corrupted decision of the then CM . B S Hooda.Now the ED had attached its property worth rs 133 crore following filing of multi FIR,s by the investors who were cheated by management of Appu Ghar
