Trio of Manohar Lal,Rao Narbir and Rambilash Sharma had toppled the HVP-BJP coalition govt headed by Bansi Lal due to personal reasons with blessings of Vajpayee.

Twenty five years back Bansi Lal of Haryana Vikas Party was leading coalition govt with BJP. He had blessings of L K Adani and Sushma Swaraj. But trio of BJP then organising secretary Manohar Lal and ministers Rao Narbir and Rambilash Sharma were not happy with Bansi Lal due to purely personal reasons.

So they planned toppling of govt game with blessings of then PM,Atal Bihari Vajpayee.Shamefully govt was toppled when jawans of Haryana were sacrificing their lives in Kargil war.Rao Narbir Singh was annoyed because Bansi lal had divested him from prized portfolio of Food and Supplies amidst reports that he had issued licences to two dozen Bric kilns in NCR against environment norms despite objections on file by then DC Rohtak TVSN Prshad.Manohar Lal was unhappy with Bansi Lal as according to him he was not being given due importance.And one Saint who is in jail on rape charges had predicted that Rambilash Sharma will be CM.Manohar Lal had meeting of ministers from BJP quota and it was conveyed to them that we are not getting proper share of Power.

A delegation of ministers led by Manohar Lal met Bansi Lal and complained that there is lack of coordination between party and the government.Bansi Lal asked Manohar Lal as who is he and when told organisation secretary then Bansi Lal reportedly told him to talk to organisation secretary of his party instead of me .Rest is history and govt was toppled.
