Issue of lynching of youth on suspicion that he had consumed beef and another youth chased and killed by the so- called cow- vigilantes who took law in their hands.
Admittedly, the accused have been arrested but stern message to cow- vigilantes is need of the hour.Shockingly the accused in chasing killing incident is member of Haryana Government,s official cow protection committee.Such committees have taken over the power of Police.They must be immediately dissolved and call details of its members should be probed.
The two shocking incidents have rocked the entire country.
In Charkhi Dadri district of Haryana, Sandeep Malik, a migrant labour, was lynched on mere suspicion that he has consumed beef.
In another shocking incident, the so- called cow- vigilantes chased a youth for fifty km and killed him saying that he is a cattle- smuggler.
