Gustakhi Maaf Haryana-Pawan Kumar Bansal.Not only retired IAS ,IPS, HCS and Judicial officers but doctors are also in race of tickets for coming Haryana assembly elections.Dr S .S.Sangwan noted orthopaedic surgeon and retired VC of PGIMS and Health University Rohtak has applied for Congress ticket from Panipat rural assembly constituency while Dr Batra of Holy Heart Hospital Rohtak is lobbying for BJP ticket from Rohtak assembly constituency from where former minister Manish Grover close confident of Manohar Lal is strong claimant for BJP ticket.
Dr Kamal Gupta is already BJP MLA from Hisar .Earlier Dr Arvind Sharma was BJP MP from Rohtak Lok Sabha constituency and Dr Hari Chand Midda and Dr Shiv Shankar Bhardwaj remained MLA Indian National Lokdal and Congress.Manohar Lal had quit while he was Pre medical student of Medical College Rohtak.Former Ministers and BJP leaders Dr Mangal Sein and Dr Kamla Verma although holding RMP degree but they never practised.Half a dozen IAS officers of Haryana are doctors.Retired DGP, Baljit Sandhu ,retired ADGP Subash Yadav and V Kamraj are also in race for assembly tickets.Retired IAS Chander Parkash, Vinay Yadav,RC Verma and Vajir Goyat are also lobbying for tickets.One journalist Sarvmitar is also claiming Congress ticket.
